C-1930 Vintage Miller-Cowan Dynamo Electric Machine Conditional Issue.Leg is broken near foot on magnet side. Please look at 2 up close photographs of this. The tag is missing but looks identical to the Miller-Cowan Dynamo Electric Machine made around 1930. Alternator, generator, vintage scientific apparatus. Weighs approximately 12 1/2 lbs. Not counting wood base 8” tall, 10 1/2” long, 7” wide. Counting wood base : 8 3/4” tall, 13” long, 9” wide. In spite of the leg that is broken, it displays well. There is rust and tarnish at places. The painted surface is scratched and worn at places. Needs a good cleaning. Crank turns freely. Untested, “as is.” This is being sold for its collectors value not for its functionality.
